They all were having a hard day when the floor replacement went longer than they expected. They called me to change my appointment time and made it clear they prioritized my time as well. She also suggested changes to my services that would save me money, which was not likely to happen at EWC or another place like that. When I made a mistake and forgot that I was taking a retinoid that thins the skin, she tried to apologize for my mistake. I loved coming here and would do it again.”
