  • The product was purchased directly from HOTWAX
  • The return request is made within 15 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is in its original packaging, unopened, and in unused condition.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is provided.

Products Excluded from Returns

The following products are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.
  • Products with packaging that has been damaged or tampered with.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.

Inspection and Refund

Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the product(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 3-7 business days depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.
