Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

No-shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require your service to be shortened or rescheduled. If rescheduling is necessary, a 50% late-cancellation fee will apply.

Card Required at Booking: A valid payment card is required to secure every appointment. By booking, you agree to this policy and authorize HOTWAX to charge the payment method provided for any applicable late-cancellation or no-show fees.
