Eligibility for Returns

- The product was purchased directly from HOTWAX
- The return request is made within 15 days of receiving the product.
- The product is in its original packaging, unopened, and in unused condition.

Products Excluded from Returns
The following products are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt:

- Products with packaging that has been damaged or tampered with.
